Fireplace Design was established in 1978 by my Dad, John, and James Black. They had worked together at Grays of George Street since 1965 serving their apprenticeship and gaining experience before going out on their own in Canonmills. I joined them in 1998 and served my time. When James retired in 2011 we moved to Newhaven Road where we have been ever since working as a small family business. We are GasSafe registered, Hetas Qualified and with my father still on board we have over 55 years experience of fitting fireplaces.
